Kayleigh HarperArtistic Director and Creative Producer
Kayleigh is a Drama and Theatre graduate from the University of Huddersfield and is currently working toward an MA in Research. She has volunteered and worked extensively over many years in her local community and abroad. During her time as an English Foreign Language Arts Teacher, Kayleigh created an intensive summer programme that teaches students about the traditions and culture of other countries through the engaging use of visual arts and drama techniques. Having completed Contact’s Future Fires programme, which supports young emerging artists to deliver community projects, Kayleigh has worked with young people and vulnerable adults to affect social change and empower the community through the arts. More recently she has worked with The Lowry, the Manchester International Festival, Contact and Slung Low. Kayleigh has a thorough knowledge of current performing arts practice and contemporary theatre as well practical experience managing and facilitating creative events. Her personal experience with anxiety as well as her passion for theatre is the motivation behind her work as Artistic Director for Without Theatre.
Eleanor TheodorouProduction and Technical Manager
Eleanor Theodorou Production and Technical Manager Eleanor is a Sound Engineering and Design graduate from the School of Sound Recording. She has a long history of involvement in music and the arts, from organising and staging an Oxfam charity concert at 14 years old, volunteering on numerous occasions for Sounds from the Other City, to working as a technical assistant at the Manchester International Festival. As a freelance sound engineer, Eleanor has worked on productions such as The Borrowers and Dracula at the New Vic Theatre in Stoke, Cat on a Hot Tin Roof and The Skriker at the Royal Exchange Theatre in Manchester. More recently she has been on the premiere tour of The Girls and is currently based in London working for Regent’s Open Air Theatre. Mental health is something that has always been very close to Eleanor’s heart and, having had first-hand experience of depression, she wants to use her experiences and technical expertise in a positive and empowering way to help others. As production and technical manager, Eleanor will be bringing her years of hands on technical experience and passion for the arts to Without Theatre.
Danielle JamesonPublicity Coordinator
Danielle is a First Class Honours Drama and Theatre graduate from the University of Salford. It was there that she found her love of contemporary theatre as well as a passion for publicity and marketing. Danielle is a keen actress and first joined the company as a volunteer facilitator for Crazy Like This. Excited about digging her hands into a new project, she will be using her creative flare and artistic skills to support an important and worthy cause with Without Theatre.
